  1. The current email address of the admin contact is no more valid. I do not have the CIRA username and password associated with the account. How can I change the admin contact email addres?

    If your current admin contact email address is no more valid, and if you do not have your CIRA username and password, then you'll need a manual change of administrative contact.

    This is a long and labor intensive process that requires forms to be downloaded, filled, witnessed, notarized, and faxed back together with a valid Photo ID (passport, driver's license,..). It costs $40 CDN plus GST and takes few weeks to complete.

    Once we receive the correctly filled forms and required accompanying documents, we'll start the process with CIRA. CIRA will then contact you after reviewing the forms and if any deficiency or incorrect info is found it will reject the request and you'll have to start all over again.
