- I just purchased a forwarding service. How do I set it up?
After you login to myid.ca, click on 'M' next to 'forwarding' and then on 'E' next to your forwarding service. Follow instructions here and enter corresponding info.
If the domain name you are using with this service is not registered with myid.ca, you need to change its nameservers as follows:
DNS1: ns.www10.ca
DNS2: ns2.www10.ca
Just contact yor current registrar and have them change that info for you.
Please note that DNS updates take up to 48 hours to propagate and so your service may take that long to start working.
